From 2009 to 2018 he has been the chairman of the working Group CEN\/TC 250\/WG2, which worked out the technical specification of monitoring existing support structures, in the context of the formulation of &#8220;Structural Eurocodes\u201d.<br \/>\nHe was happy to follow the invitation of the European Science Foundation <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cost.eu\/\">COST<\/a> for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tu1406.eu\/news\/guimaraes-final-conference-2019-panel-1.html\">Final Conference 2019<\/a> of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tu1406.eu\/about-tu1406\/the-project\">TU1406<\/a> project, which took place on 25<sup>th <\/sup>and 26<sup>th<\/sup> of March in Guimar\u00e3es, Portugal.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dr. Paul L\u00fcchinger has been actively involved in the creation of standards in Europe and Switzerland for decades.
