The industrial zone to the west of G\u00fcmligen railway station will be transformed into a residential and commercial zone over the next few years. Lischenmoos is the largest and most important area to be developed in the municipality. The first steps were initiated with two parallel design competitions for the A1 and D building plots.<br \/>\nThe team around <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suterpartner.ch\/\">Suter+Partner<\/a> architects, which includes the structural engineers from L\u00fcchinger+Meyer, won the design competition of <a href=\"https:\/\/hrs.ch\/en\/?__lang=true\">HRS Real Estate AG<\/a> for the D building plot \u201cthe heart of Lischenmoos\u201d. The jury communicated that the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.luechingermeyer.ch\/project\/lischenmoos-guemlingen-baufeld-d\/\">winning project<\/a> fully fulfilled the requirements defined in a master plan, creating an urban, family-friendly superstructure as the central and meeting point of the quarter.
