Commissioned by Elektrizit\u00e4tswerke des Kantons Z\u00fcrich (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ekz.ch\/de\/private.html?gclid=Cj0KCQjwmdzzBRC7ARIsANdqRRlIp5Z4XVsiIQ4QQdsRvA_3H-WIjCIniOhKOXxRzvu6YxmvES1q26gaAmhREALw_wcB\">EKZ<\/a>), the office <a href=\"https:\/\/rothen-architektur.ch\/index.php\">Rothen Architektur<\/a> in Winterthur, with support of the civil engineers and designers of L\u00fcchinger+Meyer, planned and realized <a href=\"https:\/\/www.luechingermeyer.ch\/project\/wohnueberbauung-quattro-sorelle-buelach\/\">three apartment buildings<\/a> with a total of 59 apartments. &#8220;Maria&#8221;, &#8220;Giulia&#8221; and &#8220;Sofia&#8221; were completed in autumn 2019, while sister &#8220;Francesca&#8221; remains a future project for the time being.
