A <a href=\"https:\/\/www.luechingermeyer.ch\/en\/project\/zwhatt-regensdorf-baufeld-g-gewerbehaus\/\">design proposal<\/a> made by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.graser.ch\/\">Graser Architects<\/a> and the engineers of L\u00fcchinger+Meyer was able to score first place in the design competition for a commercial building on the Regensdorf Zwhatt site.<br \/>\nThe project is characterised by a very simple, repetitive frame structure with a regular column grid. Prefabricated beams and beamed slab elements were proposed. The slabs cantilever on both sides of the building.
