The basis for this is a quartet of winning projects from an unconventional <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stadt-zuerich.ch\/fd\/de\/index\/das_departement\/medien\/medienmitteilungen\/2019\/mai\/190514a.html\">competition<\/a>, which was presented to the public on 14<sup>th<\/sup> of May. In order to promote a harmonious diversity of the later quarter at an early stage, the three developers of the site (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.abz.ch\/\">ABZ<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kraftwerk1.ch\/\">Kraftwerk 1<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/senn.com\/\">Senn Immobilienentwicklung<\/a>) and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.stadt-zuerich.ch\/ted\/de\/index\/gsz.html\">Gr\u00fcn Stadt Z\u00fcrich<\/a> joined forces during the competition phase and jointly evaluated the designs for the three construction sites and the neighbourhood park. The result of this joint action is convincing.
