The project competition for a commercial and residential building organized by the city of Lucerne generated a great deal of interest, with a total of 30 groups from investors and architects participating in the process. The structural and facade planners from L\u00fcchinger + Meyer supported the team led by property developer <a href=\"https:\/\/eberli-ag.ch\/\">Eberli Sarnen AG<\/a> and the architectural firm <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lussipartner.ch\/en\/\">Lussi + Partner<\/a> and were delighted with an excellent 3rd place and a very worthy judgment by the jury.<br \/>\n&#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.luechingermeyer.ch\/en\/project\/geschaefts-und-wohnhaus-pilatusplatz-luzern\/\">Playtime<\/a>&#8221; &#8211; the chosen name of the design says it all: the jury was fascinated by the &#8220;playful lightness&#8221; of the building and its &#8220;modern expressiveness&#8221;. The high-rise was designed in analogy to the principle of the Volkshaus with different degrees of publicity.
