Their residential buildings from the post-war period are in need of renovation today. The BGS has therefore decided to replace a large part of its housing estates in several stages on the basis of a formulated vision for the future life, living and working on the &#8220;Triemli urban district&#8221;. The &#8220;Goldacker 1A&#8221; subdivision is the first stage, with a two-stage project competition to set the urban and architectural course for the new development of the area.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dopplermuhl.ch\/\">Doppler Muhl Architects<\/a> from Erlenbach \u2013 structurally supported by L\u00fcchinger+Meyer &#8211; were able to conclude the procedure with an excellent 2nd place. Their submission &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.luechingermeyer.ch\/en\/project\/stadtstueck-triemli-goldacker-zuerich-albisrieden\/\">Aniene<\/a>&#8221; was praised by the jury as a &#8220;remarkable design approach&#8221;, &#8220;which represents an important contribution to the task of a contemporary cooperative settlement&#8221;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The building cooperative Sonnengarten (BGS) has shaped the Triemli quarter in Zurich since it was founded in 1944.
