Circumferential ribbon windows in all flats provide an all-round view of the extensive garden that surrounds the buildings. They are the key design element that characterised the project by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eschsintzel.ch\/en?cat=\">Esch Sintzel Architekten<\/a> from the conception in the won <a href=\"https:\/\/www.luechingermeyer.ch\/en\/project\/wohnueberbauung-suedstrasse-zuerich-seefeld\/\">competition<\/a> to the careful formulation in realisation.
