{"id":17748,"date":"2020-11-22T23:04:12","date_gmt":"2020-11-22T22:04:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.luechingermeyer.ch\/das-wolkenwerk-ist-vollbracht\/"},"modified":"2021-01-26T15:10:50","modified_gmt":"2021-01-26T14:10:50","slug":"das-wolkenwerk-ist-vollbracht","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lmp-ing.ch\/en\/das-wolkenwerk-ist-vollbracht\/","title":{"rendered":"The WolkenWerk is completed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Our project <a href=\"https:\/\/www.luechingermeyer.ch\/en\/project\/wolkenwerk-zuerich\/\">WolkenWerk<\/a> in the north of Zurich was successfully completed in mid-November with the handover of the building ensemble to the developers Leutschenbach AG and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nyffenegger-immobilien.ch\/\">Nyffenegger Immobilien AG<\/a>. The first move-in of the 300 condominiums has already begun, and by mid-January 2021 the future residents will have completely moved into the three high-rise buildings and the base buildings. The currently still &#8220;sleeping giants&#8221; and the new quarter will fill with life.<br \/>\nSince the beginning of the project planning in 2013, the engineers and designers from L\u00fcchinger+Meyer have been working alongside <a href=\"https:\/\/staufer-hasler.ch\/\">Staufer &amp; Hasler Architekten<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vonballmoospartner.ch\/\">von Ballmoos Partner Architekten<\/a> on the construction of the new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.wolkenwerk.ch\/projekt\/\">development<\/a> in the Leutschenbach\/Hagenholzstrasse triangle.
