With the completion of the second construction phase last year, the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.luechingermeyer.ch\/project\/wohnueberbauung-bruederhofweg-zuerich\/\">residential estate<\/a> in Zurich-Unterstrass was completed and the community spirit revived. This is ensured by a neighbourhood restaurant, a multi-purpose hall, community rooms, ateliers and a cr\u00e8che as components of the development, which is directly adjacent to the Unterstrass FC field.
