In a study commission, suitable urban planning, architectural and open space planning solutions were sought for the upgrading and consolidation of the area, in particular through new buildings with residential and service uses. In the opinion of the jury, the competition team of ARGE <a href=\"https:\/\/hosoyaschaefer.com\/\">Hosoya Schaefer Architects<\/a> \/ <a href=\"http:\/\/www.guswustemann.com\/\">gus w\u00fcstemann architects<\/a> with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.s2l.ch\/\">S2L Landschaftsarchitekten<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/transitec.net\/en\/\">Transitec Beratende Ingenieure<\/a> provided the most convincing answers to the numerous and complex questions formulated in the program of the study commission. L\u00fcchinger+Meyer was entrusted with supporting the design work in the field of structural engineering.<br \/>\nThe <a href=\"https:\/\/www.luechingermeyer.ch\/en\/project\/station-herrliberg-feldmeilen\/\">design &#8220;Seeterrasse&#8221; (Lake Terrace)<\/a> is consistently oriented to its name and proposes a diverse new ensemble of reception buildings and residential buildings along the tracks in addition to the listed goods shed, the individual buildings of which are each granted a generous share of lake view. An attractive public lake terrace and a bus yard complete the project.<br \/>\n&#8220;The project &#8220;Seeterrasse&#8221; impresses with its clear concept and its consistent implementation.
