{"id":18998,"date":"2021-05-05T22:33:55","date_gmt":"2021-05-05T20:33:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.luechingermeyer.ch\/das-gehoeft-wurde-eingeweiht\/"},"modified":"2021-05-17T11:49:07","modified_gmt":"2021-05-17T09:49:07","slug":"das-gehoeft-wurde-eingeweiht","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lmp-ing.ch\/en\/das-gehoeft-wurde-eingeweiht\/","title":{"rendered":"&#8220;The homestead&#8221; was inaugurated"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;The Homestead&#8221; &#8211; the title of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.luechingermeyer.ch\/en\/project\/umbau-und-erweiterung-vollzugszentrum-bachtel-hinwil\/\">design<\/a> by the collaboration <a href=\"https:\/\/gret-loewensberg.ch\/\">Gret Loewensberg Architekten<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/cleagross.ch\/\">Clea Gross Architekten<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ghisleni.ch\/\">Ghisleni<\/a>, which the jury awarded first place in the 2013 competition for the conversion and extension of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.luechingermeyer.ch\/project\/vollzugszentrum-bachtel-hinwil\/\">Bachtel correctional centre<\/a> in the Zurich Oberland, was simple and significant. Based on this design, the inhomogeneous and partially dilapidated ensemble of buildings of the institution, which has existed since 1881, was fundamentally restructured and expanded. The realisation of the five different new buildings and their uses took place within only two years, while the institution remained in operation.
