With the project of the Rotbuch settlement, the foundation is pursuing the vision of a multigenerational residential area in which a lively neighborhood with a mixed-age and mixed-origin community can thrive.<\/p>\n<p>The team led by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.emi-architekten.ch\/\">Edelaar Mosayebi Inderbitzin Architects<\/a>, which included the structural engineers from L\u00fcchinger+Meyer, was able to secure the 1st place in this demanding procedure. Their project &#8220;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.luechingermeyer.ch\/en\/project\/wohnsiedlung-rotbuch-zuerich-unterstrass\/\">Voli\u00e8re<\/a>&#8221; proposes an organic-landscape-like large-scale form that encloses the garden spaces with the magnificent tree population in a bracket-like manner.
