His activities in the management body will focus in particular on the areas of structural preservation, sustainability and international operations.<br \/>\nSince joining our company in 2016, Borja Herraiz has been working as a project manager in structural engineering at our Zurich office, where he has overseen the structural design and execution of various challenging new construction and rehabilitation projects such as the renovation of the historic building <a href=\"https:\/\/www.luechingermeyer.ch\/en\/project\/ruby-zuerich-umnutzung-geschaeftshaus-du-pont\/\">Du Pont<\/a>, the replacement of the housing development <a href=\"https:\/\/www.luechingermeyer.ch\/en\/project\/ersatzneubau-stuessistrasse-58-66-ilanzhof-zuerich\/\">St\u00fcssistrasse 58-66 &#8211; Ilanzhof<\/a> in Zurich, and the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.luechingermeyer.ch\/en\/project\/wohn-und-alterszentrum-sihlsana-ag-adliswil\/\">Sihlsana residential and retirement center<\/a> in Adliswil.
