In doing so, the company is reacting to the increased administrative challenges because of the strong growth during the last few years and is strengthening the development of new areas of expertise at the same time.<\/p>\n<p>Matthias Kunze and Fabienne Pl\u00fcss will form the commercial and administrative backbone of the company as co-office managers together with their team. Fabienne Pl\u00fcss joined L\u00fcchinger+Meyer on January 1<sup>st<\/sup>. Her background in business administration is an ideal complementation of the management team. She will oversee the department of finances and human resources. At the same time, she continues to serve as deputy managing director of the Swiss Society of Engineers and Architects. Matthias Kunze, who was previously a member of the extended Executive Board in Administration, will lead the departments of communication and standards.
