While the popularity of tourism increases the pressure on the local housing supply, especially in the area of affordable housing is increasing. The municipality is counteracting this with the construction of the new &#8220;W\u00e4tterweid&#8221; residential development in the centre of Arosa, near the congress centre and the \u00abUntersee\u00bb lake.<br \/>\nThe designer of the winning project plant \u00ab<a href=\"https:\/\/www.luechingermeyer.ch\/en\/project\/wohnueberbauung-waetterweid-arosa\/\">Three Roses<\/a>\u00bb on the steep slope along W\u00e4tterweidstrasse, in a figurative sense.
