The village&#8217;s large hall was destroyed by fire, suddenly depriving the community of its meeting and event venue. Accordingly, the administration quickly launched the planning and construction of a new building to &#8220;create space&#8221; to the community life again. It is a pleasure for <a href=\"https:\/\/emixi.ch\/\">emixi architectes<\/a> and L\u00fcchinger+Meyer to support this urgent request as responsible planners. Their new <a href=\"https:\/\/www.luechingermeyer.ch\/en\/project\/gemeindesaal-bussy-sur-moudon\/\">community hall<\/a> is based on the floor plan of the old building. However, while the old building protruded into the sky, those responsible decided to extend and partially recess the new replacement building.<br \/>\nThe spacious basement, built as a solid structure, houses the municipal administration, a garage and technical rooms.
