The laying of the foundation stone for <a href=\"https:\/\/www.luechingermeyer.ch\/en\/project\/wohnueberbauung-grossmatte-west-zonenbereich-a-luzern-littau\/\">zone A<\/a> marks the start of the realisation of the final building block of the new 2000-watt Grossmatte West site. The third and final stage of the development, which will provide 171 of the 450 new flats in total, will be realised by 2025. The structural engineers from L\u00fcchinger+Meyer have been involved in the development of the project alongside the architectural office <a href=\"https:\/\/www.deonag.ch\/\">Deon<\/a> since the competition success in 2018. Naturally, our team of engineers from Lucerne did not miss the chance to get their hands dirty on site after the responsible parties from the client <a href=\"https:\/\/www.suva.ch\/en?lang=en\">suva<\/a> and the total contractor <a href=\"https:\/\/www.p-4.ch\/\">p-4 AG<\/a> had swung their shovels.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>18.10.2023, Lucerne-Littau.
