We were delighted to welcome our young guests in Zurich and Lausanne on the occasion of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nationalerzukunftstag.ch\/\">National Future Day<\/a> or JOM (<a href=\"https:\/\/femme.sia.ch\/jom\">Journ\u00e9e oser tous les m\u00e9tiers<\/a>). We were particularly pleased that the majority of girls were enthusiastic about a day at L\u00fcchinger+Meyer. This was largely fuelled by the &#8220;Female Engineer&#8221; workshop, a joint initiative of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vd.ch\/toutes-les-autorites\/departements\/cheffe-de-departement\/bureau-de-legalite-entre-les-femmes-et-les-hommes-befh\">BEFH<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vd.sia.ch\/actuel\">SIA<\/a> of the canton of Vaud, which enables interested girls to meet female engineers working in practice.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As always on the second Thursday in November, the phenomenon of the sudden rejuvenation of our team occurred today.
