While the building shell has already reached the second floor, the teams were able to celebrate the laying of the foundation stone on the ground floor slab, which will be made available in future as a public square between the viaduct and the tower block. After our office won the competition with <a href=\"https:\/\/3xn.com\/\">3XN<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ittenbrechbuehl.ch\/en\/?\">Itten+Brechb\u00fchl<\/a> three years ago, we are delighted to see the result of a fruitful collaboration with the Danish and Lausanne team of architects. Full of bold technical challenges, the Tilia Tower combines superlatives, both in terms of sustainability and modernity.
