The design by the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mlzd.ch\/\">:mlzd<\/a> team won first place in the corresponding study commission. The structural and fa\u00e7ade planners from L\u00dcCHINGER MEYER PARTNER are also delighted about this. The title of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.luechingermeyer.ch\/en\/project\/wohnhochhaus-bielstrasse-30-32-lyss\/\">project<\/a> was chosen with care: the new building offers the future tenants of the 43 flats a \u2018Weitblick\u2019, and the planners demonstrated \u2018Weitblick\u2019 with regard to a sustainable design, as the jury explicitly emphasised: \u2018The project authors have given extensive thought to the issue of sustainability.\u2019<br \/>\nThe fa\u00e7ade concept envisages a green building envelope that is of high quality due to its shading and the resulting microclimate. The various fa\u00e7ade constructions are proposed as layered constructions with simple, detachable connections in the sense of good system separation.
