The \u2018office retreat\u2019 is a focal point of our annual agenda, which we usually organise as an external all-day event with all employees. As our four-day anniversary trip in September already offered plenty of opportunity for dialogue and interaction, this year we limited ourselves to a shortened \u2018light\u2019 edition in the Zurich office, which our employees from Lucerne, Lausanne and Madrid followed as guests on site or digitally.
\nAs always, a detailed review of the past twelve months by Daniel Meyer formed the informative centrepiece of the retreat. A collective reflection on what we have achieved together. In the 30th year of L\u00dcCHINGER MEYER PARTNER’s existence, we were delighted to receive numerous awards, project and competition successes, shared our knowledge on stages and podiums, welcomed many new colleagues, competed side by side for sporting trophies and – a milestone – took an important step towards growth with the opening of the Madrid office.
