The award recognises buildings whose construction methods, intentions, ideas or implementation are exemplary.<br \/>\nThis year&#8217;s award ceremony focussed in particular on the impact of the buildings on urban development, sustainability and inclusivity for the participation of all people in this building project. We are delighted that the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.luechingermeyer.ch\/project\/fassadenbegruenung-technisches-rathaus-friedrichshafen-rankgeruest\/\">fa\u00e7ade greening of the Friedrichshafen Technical Town Hall<\/a> is one of the award-winning projects for \u2018Exemplary Building Lake Constance District 2018-2024\u2019.<br \/>\nThe existing Technical Town Hall of the city of Friedrichshafen was supplemented on the front with a green fa\u00e7ade, which was realised by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.raderschall.ch\">raderschallpartner landschaftsarchitekten<\/a> in collaboration with L\u00dcCHINGER MEYER PARTNER.
