Wow!&#8221; \u2013 These were the opening words of Quentin Trezeux, project manager at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hrs.ch\/en\/home\">HRS Real Estate<\/a>, during the topping-out ceremony of the <a href=\"https:\/\/lmp-ing.ch\/en\/project\/tilia-tower-prilly-malley-2\/\">Tilia Tower\u00a9<\/a> in Prilly. Among the guests, who were justifiably proud of this milestone, was of course a delegation from L\u00dcCHINGER MEYER PARTNER. Since our competition win, our structural and fa\u00e7ade engineers have been part of the project team alongside <a href=\"https:\/\/3xn.com\/\">3XN<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ittenbrechbuehl.ch\/en\/?\">IttenBrechb\u00fchl<\/a>. We can only echo that triple &#8220;Wow!&#8221;.<br \/>\nThe tower has reached its final height of 90 meters (Wow!), now offering spectacular views of the lake, the mountains, the city, and its surroundings. In record time, the hybrid structures have been erected (Wow!), thanks to a high degree of prefabrication and an exceptionally constructive collaboration between all parties involved in planning, coordination and execution (Wow!). This spirit of cooperation was also reflected in the celebration : the achievements and superlatives reached were enthusiastically applauded by a broad audience.<\/p>\n<p>Esteban Garcia, representing the developer Insula SA, also praised the outstanding results. At the same time, he highlighted the project\u2019s ambitions in terms of sustainability, already visible in the building shell through, for example, the use of low-CO\u2082 cement and hybrid timber-concrete construction. Looking forward, the social aspect will also be emphasized, in line with the inclusive spirit of the former summer venue &#8220;La Galicienne.&#8221; In this sense, the ceremony was a successful inauguration of the first floor of Tilia Tower\u00a9, which will soon host sports activities and music from the Montreux Jazz Festival.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&#8220;Wow!
