Con la conclusi\u00f3n de la segunda fase de obras el a\u00f1o pasado, se pudo finalizar el <a href=\"https:\/\/www.luechingermeyer.ch\/project\/wohnueberbauung-bruederhofweg-zuerich\/\">conjunto residencial<\/a> de Z\u00farich-Unterstrass y revitalizar el esp\u00edritu comunitario. De ello se encargan un restaurante de barrio, una sala polivalente, espacios comunitarios, talleres y una guarder\u00eda, que forman parte del conjunto, colindante con el campo de juego del FC Unterstrass.
