El nuevo edificio de oficinas, de 95 m de altura, se levantar\u00e1 en la Hardenbergplatz de Berl\u00edn-Charlottenberg como parte del conjunto \u00abBikini Berlin\u00bb, <span class=\"lexem\">vis-\u00e0-vis<\/span> de la estaci\u00f3n de Zoo, y sustituir\u00e1 al edificio existente de la posguerra.
