Dans le cadre d\u2019un mandat d\u2019\u00e9tude, des solutions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 recherch\u00e9es pour d\u00e9velopper cette \u00ab parcelle enchant\u00e9e \u00bb, bord\u00e9e de for\u00eat sur trois c\u00f4t\u00e9s.<br \/>\nLe projet \u00ab Via Strata \u00bb, con\u00e7u par <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kaefersteinmeister.ch\/\">K\u00e4ferstein &amp; Meister Architekten<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lorenzeugster.ch\/\">Lorenz Eugster Landschaftsarchitektur und St\u00e4dtebau<\/a> et L\u00dcCHINGER MEYER PARTNER, a \u00e9t\u00e9 recommand\u00e9 par le jury pour une poursuite de son \u00e9laboration. Le comit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9valuation salue une proposition \u00ab exemplaire dans sa mani\u00e8re d\u2019incarner l\u2019atmosph\u00e8re singuli\u00e8re et l\u2019histoire du lieu \u2013 le <em>Genius Loci<\/em>. \u00bb<br \/>\n\u00ab Urbanisme, architecture, structure et am\u00e9nagement paysager fusionnent ici en une entit\u00e9 indissociable, qui va bien au-del\u00e0 du concept souvent invoqu\u00e9 de durabilit\u00e9 et offre ainsi une contribution unique aux enjeux de notre \u00e9poque. \u00bb<br \/>\nPlusieurs nouveaux b\u00e2timents r\u00e9sidentiels, subtilement int\u00e9gr\u00e9s \u00e0 la lisi\u00e8re foresti\u00e8re, viendront composer avec l\u2019ancienne villa du fabricant un ensemble b\u00e2ti harmonieux.
