New partners at LMP
Since the start of 2026, Fabienne Plüss and Borja Herraiz have been new partners at LÜCHINGER MEYER PARTNER AG. We are delighted that they are willing to take on greater responsibility and play an active role in shaping the firm’s future. The addition of new partners to the firm’s management team places the company on a broader footing, whilst the integration of these younger partners ensures forward-looking continuity.
Fabienne, who as a member of the management team has previously been responsible for finance and HR, will now also head up general office administration and take on a role in business development. Borja’s partnership strengthens our ties with our Madrid office. In addition to managing the Spanish office and leading the team there, he will continue to focus on international business development and serve as a group and project manager. Furthermore, both partners will be more closely integrated into the firm’s strategic development processes.
