Deine Aufgaben

• Selbständige Bearbeitung des kompletten administrativen Personalwesens für alle Standorte
• Operative Verantwortung für die gesamte Lohnadministration in der Schweiz (Quellensteuer, Sozialversicherungen, etc.)
• Lohnbuchhaltung
• Unterstützung und Beratung der Mitarbeitenden und der Geschäftsleitung in sämtlichen personalrelevanten Sachverhalten
• Rekrutierung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung
• Employee Life Cycle
• Begleitung von Change- und Personalentwicklungsthemen
• Administrative Verantwortung für die Auszubildenden

Dein Profil

• Kaufmännische Grundausbildung, Aus- und/oder Weiterbildungen im HR-Bereich notwendig
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position
• Kommunikative, vertrauenswürdige Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozialkompetenz
• Selbstsicheres und professionelles Auftreten
• Zuverlässige, exakte und effiziente Arbeitsweise, Belastbarkeit
• Einwandfreie Deutschkenntnisse, gute Französisch und Englischkenntnisse
• Gutes Finanzverständnis wünschenswert

Para nuestra nueva oficina en Madrid estamos buscando a partir de noviembre de 2025 o según previo acuerdo un/una

Técnico/a delineante (m/f/n) para proyectos en estructuras de edificación

Sus tareas

• Realización de complejos proyectos de nueva construcción y rehabilitación de edificación
• Confección de planos de estructuras, excavaciones, replanteo y armados (incluidos despieces) con Allplan y/o Revit en la fase de proyecto y ejecución
• Apoyo en las mediciones, en la preparación de estimaciones de costes y documentación general de la licitación
• Aplicación en proyecto de "open BIM" o "closed BIM"
• Control de los trabajos en la obra

Su perfil

• Formación completada con éxito como delineante proyectista, técnico/a en proyectos de edificación, ingeniería de edificación ó arquitectura con conocimientos bien fundados en estructuras de hormigón armado
• Sólidos conocimientos en el uso del software CAD Allplan y/o Revit
• Experiencia profesional en un puesto comparable
• Buena comprensión estructural y visión espacial
• Dominio del español y buen nivel de inglés ; se va lorarán conocimientos de alemán
• Modo de trabajo independiente y eficiente
• Idealmente experiencia en la gestion de proyectos BIM/BIM to Field
• Interés por el desarrollo de la digitalización en el sector de la construcción

Project manager façade planning (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your tasks

• Project management of demanding façade construction projects with management and budget responsibility
• Independent development of façades in collaboration with architects, specialist planners and other interface partners
• Preparation of user specifications, technical reports and tender documents as well managing the façade design
• Post tender project support and monitoring of the execution design, fabrication and installation

Your profile

• Experience as a façade architect, engineer or technical designer
• Distinctive interest for conceptual development of façade systems
• Professional experience in a comparable position and interdisciplinary planning teams (experience as a project manager is desirable, but not mandatory
• Active interest in technological developments in the field, particularly in sustainability aspects (e.g. wood, clay, re-use and photovoltaics)
• Experienced handling of CAD program AutoCAD, Rhino and Revit
• Assertive, structured and well organized
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently and efficiently
• Fluent in English, good knowledge of Spanish, German or French an advantage

• Handling challenging façade projects using a wide range of construction types and materials
• Preparation of planning documents with 2D and 3D CAD systems - AutoCad (Athena), optionally Rhino and Revit - as a basis for project development and tendering
• Developing detailed solutions and technical design of building envelopes in collaboration with architects, specialist planners and industry partners
• Support for quantity determination in the preparation of bills of quantities
• Site inspection
• Application of "open BIM" or "closed BIM" where applicable

Your profile

• Successfully completed training/apprenticeship as a facade designer or metal construction designer, with professional experience
• Sound knowledge in the use of CAD software
• Ability to work creatively
• Ideally initial experience in the processing of BIM projects

• Ability to work in a team as well as independently and efficiently
