Our team of designers and engineers are clearly delighted with their successful work. The shell of the Grossmatte West residential development (zone A) in Lucerne-Littau has been completed and the work of the structural engineers from LÜCHINGER MEYER PARTNER is finished. Pats on the back, handshakes, celebrations.
To mark the successful progress of the construction work, the client SUVA and total contractor p-4 AG organised a topping-out ceremony last Tuesday. We would like to thank them for the invitation, the richly laid tables and the constructive cooperation during the two-year implementation phase.
Kaspar Lo Presti, Head of Construction Management at SUVA, praised the excellent planning and execution of the more than 19,500 m² residential and commercial space as well as 500 bicycle parking spaces that have been created. Markus Koch, representative of p-4 AG, also agreed with the appreciative basic tenor regarding the successful realisation. Architect Luca Deon also reminded the audience that a new urban district of Lucerne is being created here. The building will shape the new district centre of Littau for decades to come.
