For our office in Madrid we are looking for a

Façade designer (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your tasks

• Handling challenging façade projects using a wide range of construction types and materials
• Preparation of planning documents with 2D and 3D CAD systems – AutoCad (Athena), optionally Rhino and Revit – as a basis for project development and tendering
• Developing detailed solutions and technical design of building envelopes in collaboration with architects, specialist planners and industry partners
• Support for quantity determination in the preparation of bills of quantities
• Site inspection
• Application of “open BIM” or “closed BIM” where applicable

Your profile

• Successfully completed training/apprenticeship as a facade designer or metal construction designer, with professional experience
• Sound knowledge in the use of CAD software
• Ability to work creatively
• Ideally initial experience in the processing of BIM projects
• Interest in the development of digitalization in the construction planning industry
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently and efficiently
• Fluent in English, good knowledge of Spanish, German or French an advantage
