For our office in Madrid we are looking for a

Project manager façade planning (m/f/d) 80-100%

Your tasks

• Project management of demanding façade construction projects with management and budget responsibility
• Independent development of façades in collaboration with architects, specialist planners and other interface partners
• Preparation of user specifications, technical reports and tender documents as well managing the façade design
• Post tender project support and monitoring of the execution design, fabrication and installation

Your profile

• Experience as a façade architect, engineer or technical designer
• Distinctive interest for conceptual development of façade systems
• Professional experience in a comparable position and interdisciplinary planning teams (experience as a project manager is desirable, but not mandatory
• Active interest in technological developments in the field, particularly in sustainability aspects (e.g. wood, clay, re-use and photovoltaics)
• Experienced handling of CAD program AutoCAD, Rhino and Revit
• Assertive, structured and well organized
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently and efficiently
• Fluent in English, good knowledge of Spanish, German or French an advantage
