LMP in the snow
When angels travel… On our third attempt at a day of skiing, the Engelberg-Titlis winter sports resort blessed us with ideal conditions yesterday, allowing us to quickly forget the foggy excursions of 2022 and 2009. Perfectly groomed slopes, cross-country trails and hiking paths under a steel-blue sky left nothing to be desired for all participants from Lucerne, Zurich and Lausanne. The alpine skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts enjoyed themselves until the piste patrol arrived between Titlis and Jochstock, the cross-country skiing newbies made their first turns in the valley under supervision, and the experienced skiers took to the Gerschnialp trail.
And while the winter hikers diligently gained altitude on the sunny slope, others took it easy and indulged in sweet idleness. Many activities, one finale: at the end of the day, the sense of community was fostered by a evening meal at the Bänklialp restaurant, bringing the excursion to a delightful close.
