A cooperative housing complex for the 50+ generation was built in the center of Aegerten. Three new apartment buildings are connected by an underground parking garage. All buildings have a basement and three above-ground floors and floor plan dimensions of 55m x 17 m and 21 m x 17 m. In addition to the apartments, community spaces are offered. The houses were designed to be ecologically sustainable and energy-efficient to the “GEAK A” standard.
The supporting structures of the buildings are characterized by reinforced concrete constructions with supporting masonry walls. The core walls in the staircase area, the apartment partition walls and other walls are made of on-site concrete and serve to brace the buildings. All buildings are flat-founded.
