The project comprises a new building for assisted living; the existing infrastructure and the spatial relationships of the site are used efficiently.

The new building consists of a four-story complex with a division into a south- and west-facing room wing, the upper floors of which house the corresponding residential and care facilities. Public and semi-public life takes place on the first floor.

The internal structure consists of load-bearing wall slabs in masonry or on-site concrete with individual columns. On the first floor, the wall slices of the apartment partition walls were dissolved into columns to ensure flexibility of use. The supporting concrete walls and columns are in fair faced concrete on the first floor and in the staircase.
