Técnico/a delineante (m/f/n) 100 %
Para proyectos en estructuras de edificación

Sus tareas

• Realización de complejos proyectos de nueva construcción y rehabilitación de edificación
• Confección de planos de estructuras, excavaciones, replanteo y armados (incluidos despieces) con Allplan y/o Revit en la fase de pro yecto y ejecución
•  Apoyo en las mediciones, en la preparación de estimaciones de costes y documentación general de la licitación.
• Aplicación en proyecto de "open BIM" o "closed BIM"
• Control de los trabajos en la obra

Su perfil

• Formación completada con éxito como delineante proyectista, técnico/a en proyectos de edificación, ingeniería de edificación ó arquitectura con conocimientos bien fundados en estructuras de hormigón armado
• Experiencia profesional en un puesto comparable
• Buena comprensión estructural y visión espacial
• Sólidos conocimientos en el uso del software CAD Allplan y/o Revit
• Dominio del español y buen nivel de inglés ; se va lorarán conocimientos de alemán
• Modo de trabajo independiente y eficiente
• Idealmente experiencia en la gestion de proyectos BIM/BIM to Field
• Interés por el desarrollo de la digitalización en el sector de la construcción

Su perfil

• Formación superior en ingeniería civil en una univer-sidad reconocida
• Se valorará experiencia laboral o en prácticas

Purpose of the Role
The role actively drives the development of the façade engineering business, acquires new projects and clients, and independently manages complex projects to successful completion. You will play a key role in market development and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Business development (approx. 40 %)

• Developing relationships with architects, consultants, investors, clients and contractors
• Identifying new business opportunities and supporting market development in Spain and the EU
• Preparing proposals, fee calculations, presentations and tender submissions
• Representing the company at client meetings and industry events and expanding our professional network

Project Management (approx. 60 %)

• Managing complex façade and lightweight structures projects across all project phases
• Taking technical, scheduling and financial responsibility for projects
• Developing innovative concepts with architects and specialist consultants
• Preparing tender documents and supporting contract award processes

Your Profile

• Degree in façade engineering, architecture, civil engineering or a related discipline
• Several years of experience leading façade or lightweight structures projects
• Experience in business development, project management and client relations
• Entrepreneurial, communicative and confident in negotiations
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
• Fluent in English and Spanish; German or French is an advantage

• Developing detailed solutions and structural design of building envelopes using timber construction methods in collaboration with architects, specialist planners and industry partners
• Assisting with quantity take-offs when preparing bills of quantities
• Carrying out construction inspections

Your profile

• Completed vocational qualification as a Draftsperson / Designer or Timber Technician specialising in timber façades and timber construction, with proven professional experience
• Solid knowledge of using AutoCAD / cadwork CAD software
• Ability to work creatively
• Ideally, some initial experience working on BIM projects
• Strong interest in driving digitalisation and innovation within the construction planning industry
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Spanish, German, or French is considered an advantage
